This position is for a single provider office with a medical assistant for a LOW VOLUME, NEW SATELLITE CLINIC.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet patients and assist with any needs in a courteous and professional manner
Promote a positive and patient-centered experience
Administrative
Check in / Check out
Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
Fax, scan, and prepare documents for provider review
Order and manage supplies and support day-to-day front desk tasks
Verify insurance, obtain pre-approvals, and handle patient questions
Schedule appointments
Collect on patient balances
Maintain equipment logs, safety checks, and inventory
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Experience with EHR system (eCW preferably)
Prior outpatient clinic or multi-specialty practice experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills

This MA position is for a single provider with a front desk receptionist for a LOW VOLUME, NEW CLINIC.
Responsibilities
Clinical
Collect and document vital signs, medical history, and other clinical data
Administer medications, vaccines, injections, and treatments (per TN scope of practice)
Perform CLIA-waived testing (e.g., strep, glucose, pregnancy)
Assist with minor procedures and patient education
Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EHR
Maintain clean, stocked, and safe exam rooms
Phlebotomy
Administrative
Schedule appointments, labs, referrals, and authorizations
Verify insurance, obtain pre-approvals, and handle patient prep instructions
Follow up on diagnostic tests and ensure patients receive timely results
Maintain equipment logs, safety checks, and medication inventory
Clerical
Help answer phones, respond to messages, and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
Fax, scan, and prepare documents for provider review
Order and manage supplies and support day-to-day front desk tasks

Qualifications
Required:

Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program OR 1+ year experience as an MA

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our new expansion office in Murfreesboro. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic illnesses. As an FNP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. We are a well-established primary care practice expanding our presence in Rutherford County.
Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status, especially for the Medicare Advantage Plans [AWV, EEs, + PAFs].
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with your supervising MD to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and patient management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in acute care settings.
Lock your notes within 48 hours.
Skills
Proficient in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
Ability to work effectively independently.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients on their health conditions.
