Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our office in Fairview. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic illnesses. As an FNP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. We are a well-established primary care practice servicing Williamson County.
Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status, especially for the Medicare Advantage Plans [AWV, EEs, + PAFs].
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with your supervising MD to ensure optimal patient care.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and patient management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in acute care settings.
Lock your notes within 48 hours.
Skills
Proficient in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
Ability to work effectively independently.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients on their health conditions.
